While I may have been quiet on the blog front recently, God has not been silent!

A few weekends ago we had another wonderful FREEDOM! retreat, where we saw Jesus setting captives free!

The verses we build the retreat around are from 1 These. 5:23,24

“Now may the God of PEACE, sanctify/marry you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of the Lord. The one who has called you is faithful, and He will do it!”

The Hebrew word translated ‘sanctify‘ is a word used in the Jewish marriage ceremony so the intention of the God of Peace is that His Son, the Prince of Peace, find a compatible Bride!

Toward that end this is a ‘prepping’ weekend not in the sense of storing physical things in anticipation of a natural disaster (not that we shouldn’t be wise in this regard) but in the sense of ‘taking out the trash’ spiritually speaking, in anticipation of this glorious, holy wedding!

Over the past two months Hilary and I have conducted two wedding ceremonies.

At the First Wedding, during the service, 2 unusual things happened.

Firstly as the bride processed to the front to join her husband to be, there was a wave of amusement, when people saw that her veil had disappeared! It had fallen off her head, and had to be unceremoniously reattached!

Secondly, at one point in the service everyone was startled as a man at the back, let out a roar, and seemed to ‘fit’, falling to the ground!

The proceedings were of course halted as people came to his aid, but after a brief pause, he thankfully came around and was able to stand up and walk out into the fresh air, unaided.

At the reception afterwards as I took my assigned seat I discovered I was seated beside a Mark. The man who had disturbed the service, now fully recovered, came by and introduced himself. He was also a Mark!

Huh! A double Mark!!

It then occurred to me that the point at which the disturbance had happened was the precise moment when Hilary and I had just finished our re-marks to the couple.

Hilary had charged the bride about being an “Ezer Kenegdo”, a much more substantial partner than the usual translation, ‘helpmeet’ would imply. Ezer means strength and power. It is the word used in scripture to describe God as our helper, our rescuer and deliverer. Kenegdo means equivalent, a corresponding counterpart and balance, She said. “As his companion you are not just ‘his rib’, but ‘a whole side’ of this new union!”

I had then drawn attention to the groom’s two ear piercings, and referenced the law of Deuteronomy where a slave who could go free, but wanted to remain with his master, would have his ear pierced to signify an open ear to hear and obey his master, for life.

“So you need to have one ear open to hear and obey God.” I said to the groom, “…And the other ear open to hearing and understanding your wife, realizing that you will often hear God speak through her. Then as you come into agreement about God’s will, his order will be established in your marriage and family through your Double Witness, for 19:15 says” “A matter must be established by the testimony of two witnesses.”

Then….

“RRRAAAAAARRGGHHH!!”

….…………..The first of God’s two exclamation ‘Marks’!!

It was as if he wanted to announce that our message was not only for the man and woman standing before us, but for all those on earth who aspire to be part of the bride who is being prepared to become ‘one’ with the heavenly bridegroom.

The Second Wedding, last Sunday, was between our son Robin, and Cori Robinson, his bride.

The significance of the two Robins did not escape me. Robin means ‘Bright shining one’

When we arrived at the beautiful venue on a friend’s farm I discovered they were to be married on the banks of the SUNRISE river.

The scripture I had been given in advance to share with them was “Arise, Shine for your light has come…and the glory of the Lord is risen on you………”

Cori had requested I sing “How Beautiful You Are”** taken from The Song of Solomon. Solomon was a type of Jesus, the Prince of Peace. It speaks of the sweet intimacy between the heavenly bridegroom and his earthly bride, that is God’s desire…

one verse goes…..

“How delightful is your love my sister my bride

How delightful is your love more pleasing than wine

And the fragrance of your perfume.

Your lips drop sweetness and milk and honey are under your tongue

How delightful is your love.”

Each guest happened to receive as a gift…….. a little jar of honey :- )

“The Spirit and (rather ‘in’) the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.’ (Rev.22:17)

I believe these two weddings signaled that the time is upon us for,

………the Bride, to be ‘unveiled’, as the Sons of God ‘arise’.

The Funeral Note.

Last week I heard of the sudden death of Gideon Mulinde, the son of John Mulinde whom God has used to bring about revival and transformation in Uganda and in many other nations of the world. Gideon was an anointed worshipper and leader in his generation. His ministry was called ‘Melchezidek’ and he was in the process of merging with his father’s work, “World Trumpet Mission”

A friend sent me Gideon’s last worship experience because the final song he sang was Lord Jesus We Enthrone You. He sang it as an impassioned plea from one representative of the Gideon Company of Overcomers, for Jesus to come and take his rightful place as King of the earth and as the Bridegroom of his Bride.

Last night we received an email from a friend in Australia.

We had recently been in communication with two other good friends there. All three reported how challenging it is to live ‘Down Under’ at present. A friend of ours here went to mail a gift to her sister there and was told, “Australia aren’t accepting mail from overseas” The country seems to have reverted to the original ‘Penal Colony’ The tyrannical government has placed everyone under house arrest and insists that they get a dangerous experimental gene therapy to avoid an illness with a 99.9% recovery rate! Who would have thought when I wrote the blog “It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World!” a number of months ago things would have come to this……where the inmates are now running the asylum! Don’t take my word for it. Have a look at this……

I’m sure some of you were like me, shocked to the core!

………and yet it is also wonderfully clear to us that our three friends have all been growing by leaps and bounds in their discernment of good and evil in the world around them and in their faith and trust in a God who sees it all.

Our friend and his wife had passed through Minneapolis a number of years ago as they emigrated from England to Australia, where they settled initially in Melbourne.

They happened to be with us on his birthday and later he shared how our singing On The Day You Were Born to him had a ‘life changing‘ impact. We subsequently had a delightful visit with them in the beautiful pre-covid Melbourne.

It seems Melbourne has been particularly hard hit by the ‘plandemic’, and Father brought to my mind a little meditation in connection with the song On the Day You Were Born, that I had written in the “Gilbert’s Journal” companion to “The Ascent of The Bright Hostage” album…. after we had visited that city all those years ago.

It tells the story of one man’s betrayal by someone he trusted, but how God brought good out of that tragedy. I believe that individual’s story now sheds light on GOD”S GOOD PURPOSE that is being currently outworked for that city and nation even though at the moment they feel they have been ‘pinned to the bed with a knife‘, wielded by those they trusted.

Again the timing is interesting in that next weekend we are hosting another FREEDOM! retreat where in the light of the knowledge of our Father’s love we teach and help people in to take steps in prayer whereby Jesus can set them truly free – from the inside out!

When our family returned from Australia on one occasion, having spent a number of months working in a Christian community, we were given this gift….a giant card with dozens of blessings from our Aussie brothers and sisters.

We long to return to them the blessing, so we sing to them and to all on what was prophetically named by the first Europeans, “The Great Southland of the Holy Spirit'”…..

“May you all be ‘Mmm El – Bourne again‘ of the Spirit….. that ‘Down Under‘ may become ‘Up and Over’!

On Friday I had an amazing experience of synchronicity which lead to me shelving the blog I had been anticipating and writing this one instead!

That morning I had been pondering the simple song we had been taught many years ago by Barry Maguire.

It’s a happy day and I praise God for the weather.

It’s a happy day and I’m livin’ it for my Lord

It’s a happy day and things are gonna get better

Livin’ each day by the promises in God’s word.

I thought of how life does get better and better, when we are ‘Livin’ each day by the promises in God’s word’ ……because the longer we live the more we are convinced through personal experience that God’s promises are indeed faithful and true! We prove the truth of Paul’s words,“For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. (2 Cor.1.22)

My mum used to have a ‘promise box’, and as visitors to our home were about to leave she would always say, “Oh but you’ll have to get a promise first.” They would then use the tiny tweezers to pull out one of the little scrolls from a compartment in the box, and read the bible verse containing ‘their’ promise from God for that day.

Sometimes I find myself singing “……and things couldn’t get any better, Living each day be the promises in God’s word” for we know that God’s perfect plan is being perfectly outworked in every way and in every day.

I had the privilege of attending my mum at the end of her life. As she slipped into a coma she seemed to move between two worlds as she could be heard muttering things like “Would you like another piece of cake?’ Is there anything more I can get you?” It seemed that her earthly gift of hospitality was now being engaged in hosting at a heavenly banquet!

On one occasion as I leaned in toward her to pray, she must have detected the sadness in my voice as I anticipated her nearing departure.

“But it’s a happy day!’ she protested.

Taken aback, I literally changed my tune and began singing…..

“It’s a happy day, and I praise God for the weather…..”

Her comatose countenance brightened!

Even though we know the end of the story is .…..and they all lived happily ever after” and although we know that our lives are ‘hid with Christ in God’, as long as we still have one foot in this world, we can’t but share in the experience of our Lord’s sadness over the consequences of a fallen and broken creation.

I learned “It’s A Happy Day.” when I had the privilege of performing with Barry Maguire at a worship concert in the Ulster Hall, Belfast many years ago. In 1975 we met up again while Hilary and I were staying at Jimmy and Carol Owens home on our honeymoon. We got to know the Owens through Come Together In Jesus Name. Their daughter Jamie, Barry and The Second Chapter of Acts were a bunch of musical friends from Jack Hayford’s, Church on the Way who hung out together!

Barry had of course become famous in 1965 when his rough ‘one take’ version of the protest song The Eve of Destruction soared to the top of the music charts in the USA and UK. He subsequently was caught up in the Jesus Movement and his musical talent found a new direction. It was also in 1975 that Barry recorded an album reflecting his new life in Christ, appropriately entitled, “Lighten Up”

So you can imagine my surprise and de-light, when just as I was typing this blog about the Barry Maguire song “It’s a Happy Day.” ‘out of the blue’ an email arrived (from someone whom I hadn’t heard from in years, and knew nothing about our personal connection with Barry) containing an audio file of Barry’s other ‘famous’ song – “The Eve of Destruction”!!!

“So what is the Lord wanting to convey through this ‘God-incidence’?” I thought.

The version of the song I received is the one posted at the start of this blog. It is Barry’s A.D. rendering on the “Lighten Up” album. There, The Eve of Destruction prefaces God’s Not To Blame where he sings, of America…..

“Living for the dollar, she’ll be dying by the sword.”

The idol of materialism must be toppled if America is to fulfill her God given calling as His ‘light to the nations’… for “you cannot serve God and money”. The sword is the sword of God’s judgment and I believe we indeed, now 46 years later are “on the eve of destruction.”

……..as God swings his sword, to bring about the ‘Destruction’ of all that has not bowed down humbly before him.”

and so the medley closes with 2 Chron. 7:14″ “If my people who are called by my name will HUMBLE themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways…then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and will heal their land.”

…..and so this is how these two ‘apparently’ contradictory statements can and do stand, side by side….

It’s A Happy Day. The Eve of Destruction.

……..because the Sword of the Spirit is the living and active Word of God that separates soul from spirit so that all that is not of God is destroyed, as we are made compatible with ‘the One’ who is pure love and light.

‘Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, “Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.”‘(Rev.14:15)

…….and those who are enemies of God, who are in this season being increasingly exposed, will also be destroyed, ultimately by being changed into God’s friends as they too are brought low and humbled under His mighty hand,

‘Still another angel, who had charge of the fire, came from the altar and called in a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, “Take your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the earth’s vine, because its grapes are ripe.” The angel swung his sickle on the earth, gathered its grapes and threw them into the great winepress of God’s wrath (Gk.’thumos’). They were trampled in the winepress outside the city, and blood flowed out of the press, rising as high as the horses’ bridles for a distance of 1,600 stadia.’ (Rev14:18,19,20)

The grape harvest is the third and final ‘fall’ harvest following the barley and the wheat ‘spring’ harvests. Barley requires winnowing, wheat requires threshing and grapes must be trampled underfoot. These three increasingly stringent types of processing reflect the degrees to which God has to go with different groups of people to destroy the ‘fleshly’ covering in order to release the goodness, that can then be used to bring forth the bread and the wine for the heavenly banquet.

This portrayal of the grape harvest should be understood as metaphorical. Stephen Jones writes, “The number 16 is the biblical number of love, and when multiplied by 100 suggests the fulness of love. This is consistent with the underlying meaning of thumos, “passion.” And so, no matter how violent the wine press appears to be, the ultimate goal of God’s passion is to reconcile through judgments, not to destroy or lose any part of creation.”

for as God has promised,

“…..at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, in heaven, and on earth, and under the earth, and every tongue confess (lit.swear allegiance to) Jesus Christ as Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Phil.2:10,11)

“This is the day that the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Ps.118: 24)

In case you hadn’t noticed, we are in the third conflict of this age, involving the whole globe.

WWIII is not a ‘conventional’ war but an informational war between ‘that one called the Deceiver” whose ‘works shall be destroyed‘ and the one who is the Way the TRUTH and the Life, who has already, ‘crushed that serpent’s head’***

The bible calls the battle, ‘Armageddon’. Stephen Jones wrote about Armageddon this week in his blog where he has been outlining how he has been lead in spiritual warfare over the last three decades. He believes,

“Armageddon is the spiritual name of the gathering place where the nations are brought to divine judgment. It is not the tiny plain of Megiddo in old Israel. It is a world-wide battle where the kings and governments of all nations are gathered (Revelation 16:14).

In 2020 we began to see this emerge into the earth. Most people, however, have not recognized this, because their end-time model of Armageddon is based on their incorrect view of the Israeli state and the nature of that final battle. They are looking for the rapture, the rise of “The Antichrist” and a seven-year tribulation prior to the fall of Babylon.

They think that uniformed troops will march against Israel and engage in conventional warfare in the plain of Megiddo. This blinds them to what is actually happening right before their eyes, as millions of people are being killed, not by the coronavirus, but by the great genetic experiment infamously called a “vaccine.” No troops need to march to Megiddo. They are being killed in their own countries by the deception of “sorcery” (Revelation 18:23). The Greek word is pharmakeia, from which we get our word pharmacy, “drug store.”“

Another reader sent me a link to an interview where Veronica West from Ireland shared this week a hopeful vision she had received about current developments in the USA and California in particular. She saw the story of David and Goliath to be re-enanacted to demonstrate that it is not by might and not by power but by God’s Spirit that our deliverance comes in His time, and about the importance of staying at rest ‘seated with Christ in heavenly places’, surrendered and trusting in God’s sovereign plan.

Tonight at The Big Green House we will be Diving Deeper and Flying Higher as we gather for HEAVENQUAKE. This will be the second time those who are lead together locally will connect with HEAVEN in worship and then ask QUestions and seek Answers in a desire to be awaKE to what God is doing in the earth and in our lives in these days! The first time we met Father showed us this name also means HQ for he desires to find those who are in agreement with his plans, to be the ‘AMEN‘ on earth to what he has ordained from heaven!

*** Born Into A Battle (Come Lord Jesus)

““But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked with God. Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight and was full of violence (violation of man’s God given rights).“(Gen. 6:9,11)

These two caring doctors have courageously and at cost (Dr Anne was suspended for posting this video!) raised their voices.

“The Emperor has no clothes!!!” The innocent child exclaims.

We are now at the point where the ‘ordinary folk’ not in the Emperor’s retinue of bought, bribed or brainwashed ‘experts and advisors’ are beginning to join in the chorus,

“Look at the King! Look at the the King! Look at the 
King, the King, the King! 
The King is in the all together 
But all together the all together
He’s all together as naked as the day that he was born.” 

The Emperor consists of those human rulers who have bought “the Deceiver’s’ lie… about their clothing! But in the end of the day they like him, have no real power at all, merely deceptive words, which are now being exposed…..

Thankfully it is when we then look down, and in humility discover that we too are, “naked as the day that we were born” that we can begin the personal journey that leads to our being ‘fully clothed’ once again.

As sons of Adam and daughters of Eve we lost our immortal garments when we doubted the word and the goodness of God and were then flooded with shame and with fear. (Gen.3). This fear and shame have been the tools employed by the ‘enemy of our souls’ to deceive billions of people over the last year of ‘panic-shamic-demic”

Thankfully moments later, in the garden, God spoke a word of hope, for he had not been taken off guard, – No! It was all part of ‘The Plan’! He said to “the Deceiver.”

“And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed. He will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.”(Gen.3:15)

“For GOD SO LOVED the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes on Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (Jn.3:16)

Faith in Jesus, ‘the lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world‘ who willingly laid down his life, is the legal and guaranteed pathway to immortal life whereby we are clothed again. The illegal Luciferian counterfeit where immortality is sought through the blood of murdered children is bound to fail.

“For in this tent we groan, longing to be clothed with our heavenly dwelling, because when we are clothed, WE WILL NOT BE FOUND NAKED……so that what is mortal will be swallowed up by life.”  (2 Cor. 5: 1-4)

 “It was through faith that Noah, on receiving God’s warning of impending disaster, reverently constructed an ark to save his household. This action of faith condemned the unbelief of the rest of the world, and won for Noah the righteousness before God which follows such a faith.” (Heb.11:7)

Time to become another ‘right choice’ Noah?

I was very moved by a recent Highwire interview with this humble, God-fearing doctor, Vladamir Zelenko, in which he echoes many of the points I made in the last blog and offers a most helpful spiritual perspective along with some good practical advice about treatment for those who are at risk from Covid or who have taken ‘the jab’

It seems the rain has begun to fall in Israel, which begins to feature around 1.15, but be sure to watch from 1.33 -2.10.

I have heard a number of sagacious ‘non church’ voices (Bruce Tipton, Zach Bush, Alan Keyes to name a few) talk in terms of the current ‘existential threat’ to the human race. In other words,”We may be within a generation of man on earth being history!”

I have been thinking about 2 generations mentioned in scripture.

Psalm 24 speaks of “the generation of those who SEEK the LORD”

By way of contrast in Acts 2 we read of Peter addressing the crowd on the day of Pentecost, pleading with them to save themselves from “this CORRUPT generation.”

Although corruption has been present through all generations, Jesus warned that the ‘last days’ would be another corruption high point, as in “the days of Noah”

The above powerful After Skool video illustrates that this will not be obvious to all, as 20% will easily and 60% not so easily be persuaded that “all is well.”

I’m reminded of the line from my song, not “all is well” but “All Will Be Well”

Though wrong is called right and right is called wrong

Though the court is corrupt, true religion gone home

Though the famed and the fortuned dictate the song

Though our fallen desires just play us along……..

The good news is that we know authority has been transferred to ‘the saints of the most high‘ (Dan.7:22) and that the time for “Mystery Babylon” to be exposed and to fall has come (Rev. 18). However, the patholigarchy that has until now been at the apex of the global power pyramid are experts at manipulating those ‘fallen desires’. These desires are not what we would necessarily call ‘evil’.

The other day I met a young man who asserted that any desire that is not surrendered to God’s will is arising from our fallen nature and is in fact a form of idolatry. So if I want to eat at a restaurant, go to the theatre, travel to another country, see my grandkids or pursue a career and I put that desire before knowing and doing God’s will then it is idolatry because I (is)the Dol(l) – I am placing my desires before God’s and have failed to keep the first commandment, “You shall have no other god’s before me.”

He had served honorably as an officer in the US military and now with only a few years to go before being able to comfortably retire he was being pressured to take the ‘jab’ He had sought out the truth beyond the ‘official narrative’ and concluded that for the sake of his loyalty to that truth and his Lord, his wife and his children, he would be willing to forfeit his career by saying ‘No’ to ‘the shot’

The bar is set high to be part of the company who,

……..follow the lamb wherever he wants to go (Rev. 14) rather than,

……. follow the vaccine passport to wherever I want to go.

This highway of holiness is what Paul aspired to when he pressed ‘toward the mark, for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.’, for as he said elsewhere, ‘not everyone who competes wins the prize’.

I believe this is not a matter of salvation, rather it is the difference between making it across the finish line or mounting the podium to receive that “crown” Paul was desirous of!

This is what distinguishes the two generations. One seeks the Lord fearlessly, the other participates in the ‘corruption’ usually through ‘willful self deception’ as described in the previous blog rather than wicked intent.

I believe we are witnessing in America (and beyond) the true birthing of, ‘The land of the free and the home of the brave’ as represented by the young man I met. Might you call that, ‘the kingdom of heaven’?

Freedom is primarily the freedom to think critically and objectively not bowing to pride and fear, or blame and shame. This freedom to search out God’s truth and then to stand for the truth you discover is true Bravery.

As someone said, if we aren’t willing to stand for something we will fall for anything, and find ourselves with the majority, on what Jesus called the ‘broad road that leads to destruction’.

As you will know if you have followed my blogs for any length of time, I do not believe that means ‘destruction‘ of the soul God has created, rather it means a judgement whereby the ‘flesh’ will be sentenced to death and the soul ultimately saved…..so that in the very end of the day, indeed, “All Will Be Well” for as scripture says, God Himself will become “all in all” (1 Cor. 15:28)

C.S. Lewis wrote in ‘That Hideous Strength.’

If you dip into any college, or school, or parish, or family—anything you like—at a given point in its history, you always find that there was a time before that point when there was more elbow room and contrasts weren’t quite so sharp; and that there’s going to be a time after that point when there is even less room for indecision and choices are even more momentous. Good is always getting better and bad is always getting worse: the possibilities of even apparent neutrality are always diminishing. The whole thing is sorting itself out all the time, coming to a point, getting sharper and harder.

We live in A Defining Moment

.….time to pick which of these two generations we are a part of.

P.S. The purpose of this blog is not to condemn, but to lovingly challenge. I had a number of folk take me up on my offer of “Consider then the Kindness and the Severity of God.” If you want to reflect and pray more deeply on these things, it’s still available for any who would like to receive it as a source of grace and truth.

I believe it was Morpheus in the Matrix who said to Neo, “We accept the reality that is presented to us.“

I just watched another Youtube update from Dr John Campbell. You might remember the blog, “Mr Magoo and Mumbo Jumbo.” I was not saying that Campbell was talking Mumbo Jumbo, but repeating this expression he used about those who did not subscribe to the ‘official narrative.’

In this recent update at one point he comments, “Myocarditis is the only significant side effect of the mRna vaccine – the only one that would be really concerning.”

“What planet are you living on?!” I thought, “……When even the CDC has acknowledged 13,000 deaths in association with the vaccines. Is death not a side effect to be concerned about???”

I used the word ‘myopic‘ in the previous blog. Another word from psychoanalytic theory came to mind this time – ‘anal’ No doubt this is what lead to the the origins of the slang idiom, “Get your head out of your arse.” which has been defined as, “An exaggerated visual metaphor for being oblivious, having no vision, being unaware.”

I do not mean to be unkind to Dr Campbell, but to simply recognize that his view of reality is a very narrow and tightly circumscribed one by virtue of a particular personality type that can be of great value in the right context but very dangerous when not! Noticing the number of views his videos glean (more than the wise and circumspect Ivor Cummins!) and the comments following, it is clear that many view Dr Campbell as something of a Covid guru.

I was talking to my son-in- law the other day as I gave them a ride back from their vacation. Although we have different opinions on a number of things, our combined 130 years of studying human behavior has us drawing the same conclusion about the current situation.

“Willful self deception.” was the phrase he used. In other words people are unwittingly saying, “I want you to deceive me, because then I am not responsible for my bad choices. because you lied to me!

He illustrated this to me by telling how our 9 year old grandson had on vacation for the first time been exposed to TV commercials.

“Those are really evil!!” was the instant and passionate assessment of this spiritually astute 9 year old.

But alas! we too soon and too easily are ‘bewitched’ and enter Dr Campbell’s massaged mirage reality show

Like the proverbial frog we have all grown up in and acquiesced to the simmering stew of materialistic consumerism in which we have existed, but which now threatens to take our lives!

This even extends to the jabs…..

“So which vaccine did you get?”

“Pziefer.”

“Oh! How was that for you? I got Moderna.”

“Really? I heard Asta Zenica was a pretty good one to get too.”

Consumerism is fixated on ‘getting’

The more sobering question is not “What did you get?” but

“What did you give away in order to get what you got?”

Many people are now awakening to the shocking reality that Dr. Hodgkinson described and are having ‘buyers remorse’ about the narrative they have gone along with and about what it is that they have welcomed into their bodies as part of an experimental gene therapy on humans that went disastrously wrong when conducted on animals.

When people move from the first to the second level of reality it can be a very rude awakening! Feelings of anger and rage rise up, together with grief and sadness, betrayal, depression and anxiety.

What is one to do?

This is where we must quickly ascend to a third level of reality.

The first two levels are to do with interpreting what is happening externally. The third level is about going on an internal journey.

Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Reality and the Life.” Jesus is THE Reality. He can show us the Way back to Life.

That Way involves both crisis intervention and a process of transformation

An example of the process when dealing with anger is found in Psalm 4:4,5 “Be angry, and do not sin; ponder in your own hearts on your beds, and be silent. Selah. Offer right sacrifices, and put your trust in the LORD.”

A few nights ago Hilary and I received a powerful message from God about a first step we can take when we find ourselves in this crisis awakening. I entitled it, “Consider the Kindness and Severity of God.” I do not believe I should publish it in the blog but rather more personally and pastorally make it available for those who are having second thoughts and want to reach out to us. It is a sobering but hopeful message with a practical application that we will be happy to send if you just send us an email request.

“And we know, those who love God, that he works ALL things together into the good.”(Rom.8:28)

Joseph said to his brothers,

Joseph Biden called Joseph Mercola the’ most dangerous ‘ man in America. Dr Mercola is now being censored, defamed and personally threatened to the degree whereby he has been forced to remove 25 years worth of valuable scientific research from his website.

I invite you to have a listen to Dr Mercola’s common sense conversation with Ivor Cummins about some real lifesaving science in today’s mad world, and decide for yourself between President Joe and Doctor Joe….. Who is the real ‘Joseph’?

Hilary and I are so thankful for the good health we both enjoy at our age due to following the wisdom over many years of these two good men and various other excellent health educators, as they have, often at personal cost encouraged people to take responsibility to care for their own ‘temple of the Holy Spirit’ (Not necessarily their words, but God’s : – )

A great example of Irish/ American collaboration, for the healing of humanity!

P.S. Interestingly, just after completing this blog, I came across the article below. Facebook of all people has flagged the group CCDH, that listed Dr Mercola at the top of what they called “The Disinformation Dozen”, as having ‘A Faulty Narrative’ with no evidence. This is the group President Joe was trusting in when he accused Doctor Joe of ‘killing people’. Of course those doing their own due diligence already knew this to be the case.

A few days before we left for Ireland we received an email from an old friend we had not seen in about 30 years. She asked, “Are you ever back in Ireland? If so I would love to reconnect.”

We told her we were coming the next week and would love to see her. She told us she had just moved to a new house just a short distance from the house the Lord had provided for us on the ‘other side’ of Belfast we were destined to get to know.

Her name was Norah. She called round shortly after we arrived, and four of us shared and worshipped and prayed in the peaceful garden at what later transpired to be, the beginning of the BE-LEAK Mug Club. I sensed that her name contained a message for us, and saw it as NOAH with an R for Rainbow right in the middle – the sign of the covenant God made with Noah and the whole earth after the flood that destroyed the world that had been.

Norah brought with her a gift. It was a yellow rose. But this was not just any rose. It was the only rose I was familiar with. I remember as a boy my father, who loved roses, excitedly sharing his delight with me in the wonderful scent of…..

“PEACE”

One day I noticed a rainbow out the back window, and took the above photo. It was only later I realized the end of the rainbow comes down over the little table were the four of us had met.

…..God’s ‘pot of gold’ at the end of His rainbow in Ireland!

The next week we moved up the garden to accommodate around the larger table, the larger group. Then for the final gathering Norah offered her home. It was on the far side of a little village called EDEN.

Cycling through the village a few days earlier I had noticed a road sign…..

I was so taken with the name, I circled around thinking to take this photo. I started to dismount, and then, unaccountably… I stumbled and fell to the side walk!! The connection was not lost on me that it was in The Garden of Eden that the first fall occurred!

15 was the average number at each gathering. In the story of Noah the waters covered the mountains by 15 cubits and the waters abated after 150 days. the 15th time Noah is mentioned in the bible is in Gen 7:7, which describes he and his family entering the ark.

The number 15 is associated with coming to REST and then a NEW DIRECTION. It was a new direction not only for Noah’s family , but for the whole earth as well!

I was lead to sing a song I wrote years ago inspired by an American in an Irish pub in Minneapolis who shouted out to me one day, “Can you sing, “Stairway to Heaven”?

That quip was the inspiration for A Bridge,***

“Can we find a bridge to the future?

Can we find a bridge to the past?

Can a man hold back what is destined to come?

Or a man hold on to what is past and gone?

Can we find a stairway to heaven, for this earth grows weary and sore?

Can we find a way BACK TO EDEN, so that earth can know heaven once more?

Some say that bridge is a person

Others say it’s the barrel of a gun

Some say that bridge is built with dollars

Others say, “No, it’s built with an eloquent tongue”

But our hope is in God the Almighty

And our help is in what he has done.

And out trust in the Word he has spoken.

It’s the truth that can lead us all home

For that Word is a bridge to the future

And that Word is a bridge to the past

Reaching forward to all we are meant to become

Reaching back to the past, redeeming what we’ve done

And that Word is a stairway to heaven

Reaching up, reaching down, making ONE

For that Word is the story God has written

And the book is called Christ Jesus the Son.

Yes, and He is our way BEYOND EDEN

So that earth can know heaven again

Yes, and He is the hope for this nation

For He’s King of this “heavenly realm“

As I sang this song I knew I was singing it for ‘this nation’ of Ireland, but also for our adopted home nation of America, for the name America (from Amel and Reich), means ‘heavenly kingdom’ ……indeed it encompasses the whole earth, for the Pilgrim Father’s prayer was, “Thy kingdom come thy will be done on this part of earth, and then from this part of earth to the uttermost parts of the earth, as it is in heaven.“ This prayer is, even now, being answered – no matter how bad things may appear to the natural eye!

This proved to be the bookend of that first meeting with Norah and her Peace rose gift, for she took us out through the back door and there was the BEYOND EDEN message, for Restoration is not just getting things back to the way they were, but back to the way they are meant to be.

…..as we anticipate The Coming of the Prince of PEACE.
